Each person in your house is a Brazil Floors employee with a license, insurance and NWFA certification. No subcontractors ever show up at your door.
We start by measuring each room, then stack cartons, trim and reducers in the hall so the install runs without stops to look for pieces.
You get one year of labor warranty from Brazil Floors, and the boards carry the mill warranty on top, so both the work and the wood are covered.

Boards run with the longest wall, which wastes the least wood and stretches a narrow cape room.

Short pieces set in a zigzag at 90 degrees, cut one by one. It fits a formal dining room in an older Plymouth colonial.

Rows cut at 45 degrees join in a tidy point down the room. It looks sharp in a modern open plan kitchen.

Labor is due when the crew arrives, and material is due when the boxes come off the truck. For sanding, half is paid on day one and half at the last coat.
Brazil Floors backs the labor for one year, and the manufacturer covers the material. Licenses, insurance and NWFA credentials are in place for everyone on the crew.
