No subcontractors enter your house. Brazil Floors employees do the work, and each one is licensed, insured and certified through the NWFA.
When the crew arrives, cartons are tallied and stacked in the destination room. Reducers and trim are set out at each opening so installation never stalls.
Our labor is warranted for twelve months. Add the mill's coverage on the boards and you are protected on both the work and the wood.

Boards follow the longest wall, which means less waste and a longer look in a narrow farmhouse hall.

Short pieces zigzag at ninety degrees, cut and fit one at a time. A period touch for an old dining room.

Boards are mitered at 45 degrees so every row meets in a V, a crisp choice for an open-plan renovation.

Planks on a diagonal pull the eye across the room, which opens up a small kitchen.

Oak strips woven over and under, with a darker border, suit an older home near the church.

Installing nailed oak costs $2.25/Sq Ft for labor, and both the nails and the underlayment are in that figure. If we supply the wood, the total is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.

One tread is $60 with riser, nosing, stain and labor included. Sound existing steps can be refinished at $50 per step.
You settle labor as the crew arrives and pay for material as the boxes come off the truck. Sanding is billed half at the start and half at the final coat.
