Each installer in your house is licensed, insured and NWFA certified and collects a paycheck from Brazil Floors, never from a subcontractor.
The crew opens the day by measuring each room and staging cartons, trim and transitions at the entry, so nothing stalls once the nailer starts.
The labor is warrantied by us for a full year, and the oak keeps its manufacturer warranty, so the workmanship and the material are both protected.

Rows run parallel to the longest wall, the quickest layout with the least waste, and it stretches a compact ranch near Watrous Park.

Boards of one length set at right angles in a stepped zigzag, fitted by hand. Right for the dining room of an Upper Houses colonial.

Planks cut at 45 degrees meet in a continuous V down the room. A sharp look for an open kitchen in a new home off Route 99.

Diagonal boards pull the eye to the corners, which makes a small kitchen in a Main Street condo feel wider.

Square oak blocks laid so the grain turns ninety degrees from block to block. A traditional pick for a den in a colonial near Pierson Park.

Narrow oak strips woven over and under inside a contrasting border. Suits the formal front rooms of the older Main Street homes.

For nail down work the labor is $2.25/Sq Ft flat, and that figure already carries the nails and underlayment. With oak from our Milford stock, the complete job is $5.50/Sq Ft for unfinished boards or $6.00/Sq Ft for prefinished.
Yes. We pull the carpet, pad and tack strips, screw down any loose subfloor and nail the new oak over sound plywood.
Engineered oak floated on foam with glue in every joint, so nothing is fastened into the concrete. That labor is $2.00/Sq Ft.
We do. Vinyl plank labor is $2.00/Sq Ft and laminate is $1.99/Sq Ft, and waterproof vinyl suits a lower level close to the Connecticut River.
The next day, straight up Route 9 from the Milford warehouse. The oak then acclimates in your house for a few days before we nail it.
A new tread is $60 with the riser, nosing, stain and labor included. Sound existing stairs can be sanded and refinished for $50 per step instead.
You settle the labor on the morning the crew pulls in, and the material as the cartons come through the door. There is no deposit to reserve a date.
Yes. One year on our labor plus the manufacturer warranty on the boards, installed by a licensed, insured, NWFA certified crew.
