Walkthrough Before We Start
Before the first box comes in, the lead installer walks the whole Burrillville house to check the subfloor, the doorways and each threshold.

Every installer who comes through your door holds a license, insurance and NWFA certification, so the job and the people living there are covered.
Every room gets measured again on day one, and we count the boxes, trim pieces and reducers before the first plank is nailed in.
We back our labor with a one year warranty, and the boards keep the full warranty from the company that made them, so you are covered twice over.

Long boards run straight down the room, a clean look for wide farmhouse kitchens in Mapleville or Nasonville.

Short boards come together in a zigzag, a pattern that fits the old mill houses on the quiet streets of Harrisville.

Each board is cut at an angle so the ends form a clean V, a modern touch for open rooms in homes near Spring Lake.

Planks turned at 45 degrees cut across the room on a slant, so the small rooms in Oakland feel a bit bigger.

Square oak tiles alternate grain direction like a game board, a tidy grid for a dining room out in Glendale.

Pairs of short pieces sit at right angles to one another, for a woven look that suits a small den in Bridgeton.

Nail down labor is billed at a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft, with underlayment and nails covered. Our supply packages are $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
It is, once the subfloor is solid. We look for soft spots and loose boards, screw down or swap out what needs it, and nail the new oak to a flat base.
Sure, that works well. On the main floor we nail solid oak, and on a concrete lower level we float engineered planks on underlayment for $2.00/Sq Ft.
Yes, both. Labor for LVP and laminate is $2.00/Sq Ft, and when you want us to bring material too, the LVP package with install is $5.00/Sq Ft.
Your order leaves our warehouse in Coventry for next-day delivery any day, Sunday to Sunday, so the crew can start right after it is dropped off.
A brand new oak tread is $60, and refinishing a wood step you already have is $50. We sand, stain and seal each one to blend with the new floor.
Install labor is due the day the crew arrives, and material is paid when the delivery truck gets there. Sanding is 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
We give you one year on labor, while the flooring keeps its own manufacturer warranty. Our installers are all licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
