Dustless Floor Refinishing
Sander dust gets pulled into a bag, not your home. After sanding we blow down walls and ceilings and vacuum before any coat.

A house under 1,500 Sq Ft takes 3 days clear or 4 with stain, so we keep a fifth day free. Socks at 24 hours, chairs at 48.
Boards ruined by a leaky ice dam or a pet get cut out and replaced from $150. Cupping is flattened first so the patch vanishes once sanded.
Each refinish has one year of labor coverage, and our crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified. You pay nothing before we start.

Only clear coats and no stain, so the oak keeps its honey glow in the sunny farm kitchens out in Mapleville.

A middle brown that hides mud and dog hair, right for mudrooms and hallways in houses near Nasonville.

A plain and easy brown that hides the orange in older red oak across the mill houses of Harrisville.

Warm brown with a reddish glow, right at home in old farmhouse dining rooms you find out in Glendale.

Deep and dark with the grain still visible, a cozy look for a family den warmed by a stove near Oakland.

The darkest brown we use, nearly black, makes a bold statement in a big open lake house on Spring Lake.

We charge a flat rate of $2.50/Sq Ft, with the sanding, one stain coat and three poly coats included. A recoat for floors that are just dull is $1.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. Wide oak and maple sand nicely if there is enough wood above the tongue, and we check that first. Loose boards are nailed before any sanding.
Not much. Heat does not slow us down. Under 1,500 Sq Ft, clear floors need 3 days and stained ones need 4, plus one more day so the finish cures without rush.
Not at all. Lots of camp owners hand us a key and head back to work in the morning. We just need access for the whole job, start to final coat.
Cupping comes from moisture, so we find the source and let the boards dry out. Then we sand them flat, and badly damaged ones are replaced from $150.
Socks only for the first 24 hours. At 48 hours you can put the furniture and rugs back, and felt pads under each leg keep the new finish safe for years.
Each step is $50 with the stain included, and each tread gets sanded to match the floors upstairs. Risers are not part of the price, just the treads.
Half of the bill is due when the crew arrives to sand, and the other half on the day of the final coat. You never pay anything before the work begins.
