The people who show up carry their own license, insurance and NWFA certification, because they are our employees and not outside hires. Responsibility stays with Brazil Floors until the final sweep.
Our crew measures all the rooms on the first visit and stacks cartons, trim and transition strips by the entry, so work does not stall for a missing piece.
Our labor has a one-year warranty, while the manufacturer separately backs the boards, so you have protection on the craft and on the oak.

Boards follow the longest wall, which is the quickest layout with the least waste. A long cape living room benefits most.

Short boards alternate at 90 degrees in a zigzag, each cut by hand. It is right for a dining room in an older colonial.

Boards mitered at 45 degrees meet in a V down the center of the room. It flatters an open kitchen and family room.

Planks set on the diagonal pull the eye outward and make a modest kitchen feel larger.

Oak squares with alternating grain make a parquet look that has been popular for generations in dens and sunrooms.

Narrow oak strips weave over and under each other inside a darker border. It belongs in the front room of an older home.
