Stain magnifies every sanding scratch into a dark line, so a buffer with fine screens smooths the floor and a vacuum clears it before any color is applied.
Stain is wiped onto a workable patch and the excess pulled off before the next section, so no lap lines show.
Staining crews in Barre are on the Brazil Floors payroll, NWFA trained and insured, and the labor is covered for twelve months.

Staining is $2.00/Sq Ft, which includes samples on your own floor, hand applied color and a clear protective top coat. A full sand, stain and three coat refinish is the $2.50/Sq Ft service.
