Dustless Floor Refinishing
Dust from the sander is drawn into a sealed bag, so it stays off bookshelves and counters. Afterward the crew vacuums walls and trim before any stain goes on.

Sanding is paid 50% when we begin and 50% with the final coat. Our labor is warrantied for one year.
A board swollen by a radiator leak or dented by a heavy dresser is cut out and replaced from $150, then sanded flush into the room.
Every refinisher is licensed, insured and NWFA certified, and the labor is guaranteed for twelve months.

A medium brown hides scuffs and fur in a family room that never rests.

A golden shade with a trace of red suits a turn-of-the-century two-family.

Deep walnut shows every grain line, handsome under a long dining table.

Near-black stain looks sleek in a renovated open plan, though dust and pet hair show sooner.

The rate is $2.50/Sq Ft and covers sanding, a stain color and three poly coats. If the finish is only dulled, a $1.00/Sq Ft screen and recoat could be enough.
