We talk through your schedule before we start. Once the last coat is on, we explain how long to stay off the floor and when the furniture can come back.
A board stained by a leaking radiator or gouged by a chair leg can be replaced from $150 and then sanded to match the rest.
Our crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified, and the labor is warrantied for one year. Pay for sanding in two installments, the first at the start and the second at the last coat.

A medium brown camouflages scuffs and pet hair in busy family houses off Central Street.

A cooler gray-brown tone neutralizes the red cast in older oak throughout the city.

A honey gold suits the Victorians around downtown with their wide trim and tall windows.

Deep walnut shows off the grain in a dining room with a heavy table.

Our sanders connect to vacuum bags, which keeps most of the dust off your belongings. We clean the room again before the finish goes on.
Keep pets in another part of the house or outdoors while the crew works. Ask us at the estimate about when paws can walk on the dry finish.
Not the whole time. Someone needs to let the crew in and be reachable, and we will explain when to be there for the stain choice.
Board repair begins at $150 and is quoted on site, since each repair is different. We replace the boards first and sand them to blend.
Refinishing existing steps is $50 each. New hardwood treads are $60 per tread with riser, nosing and stain included.
Sanding money moves in two halves, 50% at the start and 50% once the last coat goes on. Our labor is warrantied for one year.
