Place the order and the boxes come from our Natick warehouse the following day. Vinyl needs no long wait in the house, so installers can get busy.
Real plank samples ride along with the estimator on the first visit. Set a few down in your room and see them under your own window light before committing.
One year of labor coverage comes from us, and the plank maker backs the product too. You pay labor when installers begin and the material when it is delivered.

Installation labor is $2.00/Sq Ft with underlayment thrown in. If we also supply the planks, the all in price is $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks themselves are waterproof. A wet spot can be dried and the boards clicked back, though a slab with real moisture gets a barrier first.

A pH neutral cleaner and a damp mop do the job. Keep steam machines and wax away from it, because both dull the top layer.
Material reaches you the day after you order it, and vinyl skips acclimation, so work can start soon after the boxes arrive.
We do, for a flat $250. Smaller jobs sometimes just need you to clear a room, and we say so at the estimate.
You get one year on labor from us and the manufacturer warranty on the planks. Brazil Floors crews are licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
