Snow melt tracked in from the woodstove porch, a wet lab and a dropped mug of cocoa all stay on the surface of LVP. A mop handles the rest.

After your order, planks come from the Natick warehouse the next day. Vinyl needs no settling time, so our crew starts as soon as it lands.
The truck holds sample planks, so you can lay them next to your cabinets under your own window light and decide on the spot.
Our installation carries a year of cover, and the planks have their own maker warranty. You pay labor when the crew begins and the planks when they are dropped off.

Expect $2.00/Sq Ft for labor in Royalston, underlayment thrown in. Planks from our stock make the whole project $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks are waterproof, so a damp room is fine. We read the slab first and put down a barrier if the reading asks for it.
Removal is about $1.00/Sq Ft, confirmed at the free visit once we see what is underneath.
It feels warmer than tile, and the underlayment adds some cushion. Heavy rugs by the door still help in winter.
Low spots are filled or leveled before the planks go in, and that prep is listed on your quote.
Labor is due when the crew starts, and material when the cartons arrive. The bill does not change after that.
Furniture moving is a flat $250. For appliances we recommend a pro, so mention them at the estimate.
