Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Wet boots from the Assabet trails, a spilled bowl of cereal and a dog back from the yard barely register on a plank that ignores water.

Material orders leave our Natick warehouse the day after you buy, and vinyl needs no acclimation, so the crew can begin right away.
Our truck brings a case of real planks to the visit. Lay them on your own floor, by your own windows, and see the shade before you commit.
Installation labor has a one year warranty from us, and the planks have the maker's own coverage. Labor is paid at the start and the boxes when they arrive.

Labor is $2.00/Sq Ft, underlayment included. With planks from us, you pay $5.00/Sq Ft for everything.
The planks do not soak up water, so after a spill they are lifted, dried and clicked back. We also lay a moisture barrier over slabs that run damp.
Sometimes, if it is flat and firm. We check at the estimate, and anything that has to come out costs about $1.00/Sq Ft for tear-out.
For spills, usually yes, since vinyl is fully waterproof. Laminate is $1.99/Sq Ft in labor, so the call comes down to moisture and look.
Not at all. Most Hudson families stay home, and we move furniture for a flat $250 if the rooms are packed.
Boxes go out from our Natick warehouse the next day, and you pay for them when they reach the house.
A thick wear layer with an SPC core. We bring several to the visit so you can scratch them with a key and judge.
A full year on our labor and the factory warranty on the plank. Brazil Floors employs the installers directly, and each holds a license and insurance.
