Vinyl needs no acclimation wait, and material ships from the Natick warehouse the next day, so the crew can start right after the boxes land.
The estimator arrives with real LVP, laminate and wood samples. You lay them on your own floor and judge them by the light from your own windows.
Our workmanship is covered for twelve months, and each plank has its own maker warranty. Pay labor at the start and the planks on delivery.

Labor is $2.00/Sq Ft and underlayment is not extra. With planks from our stock, the all in package is $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks do not absorb water. If a spill or a spring seep reaches them, they can be lifted, dried and clicked back in.
Often it can, once the surface is sound and level. We look at it during the estimate and say whether it stays or comes out at about $1.00/Sq Ft.
Keep the stove clear of the plank edge with a hearth pad, and the floor handles ordinary warmth well. We point out safe clearances while we measure.
Boxes come from our Natick warehouse the day after you order. The crew sets the install date with you at the estimate.
A thicker wear layer lasts longer under boots and pets. We carry samples of different layers so you can compare them in your own house.
You pay labor when the crew starts and the material when it arrives at your door. There is no charge for the in home estimate.
Yes, a one year labor warranty from us and the manufacturer warranty on the planks. The installers are our own employees, licensed and insured.
