Vinyl does not need to acclimate, and boxes leave Natick with next day delivery, so installers can often start soon after they land.
Think of our estimator as a showroom on wheels: LVP, laminate and wood planks come out to be set on your own floor in your own light.
Each installation has our labor warranty for a year, and each plank has its maker's. Material is paid at delivery, labor when work starts.

The labor price is $2.00/Sq Ft, and no charge applies for underlayment. With our planks supplied too, the project is $5.00/Sq Ft.
The planks are waterproof. After a seep, they can be lifted, dried and snapped back into place.
Removal is billed apart, about $1.00/Sq Ft, and the project manager confirms it at the free estimate.
