The planks themselves are waterproof. After a leak you lift the wet section, dry the slab and click everything back.

Not automatically. Taking up old flooring is about $1.00/Sq Ft, and your estimator measures it during the free visit.
Is a condo job a problem?
Not for us. We supply insurance forms to the association, cover the shared hall and make our noisy cuts outdoors.
What cleans it best?
A microfiber mop with mild cleaner does the job. Please keep steam mops and wax away from it.
When is the earliest start?
Boxes ship the next day from the warehouse in Natick, and since vinyl needs no settling time, your date is quick to lock in.
