Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Boots wet with snowmelt, a dog back from the woods and a dropped pot of cocoa are all wiped up without a mark. Vinyl plank copes with a New England mudroom better than most floors.

Planks ship from Natick the day after you order, and vinyl needs no acclimation, so the crew can start almost immediately.
Our estimator arrives with a case of real LVP, laminate and wood samples. You lay them on your own floor under your own windows before deciding anything.
We stand behind the install for one year, and the manufacturer covers the planks separately. Material is paid when it is delivered, labor when the crew starts.

The labor rate is $2.00/Sq Ft, and no charge applies to the underlayment. Buy the planks through us as well and the finished job is $5.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. The planks are waterproof, so after a wet spring they can be lifted, dried and clicked back without being replaced.
We do, at about $1.00/Sq Ft. The estimator looks at the current floor on the free visit and confirms the number in writing.
Often it can, if the tile is flat and tight. We check the grout lines and level them first so they never telegraph through the planks.
The underlayment adds some cushion and takes the edge off bare concrete. Houses with a wood stove find the floor warms evenly as well.
Sweep or vacuum, then use a damp mop with a mild cleaner. Skip steam and wax, and put felt pads under chairs and furniture legs.
A kitchen is normally done in a day and a whole first floor in two or three. Planks come the day after ordering, so the schedule stays short.
One year on our labor, plus the manufacturer warranty on the planks. Our own licensed and insured crew does the work, never subcontractors.
