Waterproof Vinyl Plank Flooring
Muddy boots back from the Merrimack River trail, a tipped water bowl, a retriever shaking off Lake Attitash. Vinyl plank takes all of it and mops clean without swelling.

Order by evening and the Natick warehouse has a pallet at your curb the next day. Vinyl does not acclimate, so installation can begin the afternoon it arrives.
The estimator's van doubles as a showroom. Real LVP, laminate and oak samples come inside and get laid on your floor beside your window, so you choose in your own light rather than from a screen.
Twelve months of labor warranty from us, plus whatever the plank maker publishes. The material is paid when the pallet lands and the labor when the crew walks in.

Installation is $2.00/Sq Ft and we supply the underlayment free. When the planks come from our warehouse too, the total is $5.00/Sq Ft for material plus labor.

Delivery lands the day after the order. Vinyl does not need to acclimate, so the crew frequently unloads the pallet and starts laying rows on that same visit.
No deposit. The planks are paid for on delivery, and the labor is paid once the installers are in the house and working.
A year on our labor and the manufacturer's term on the planks. Every installer is on the Brazil Floors payroll, licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
