Tread samples come to Glastonbury in the estimator's truck. Set them on the floor at the bottom of your stairs and the right wood is clear.
Wobbly steps get screwed tight before new wood arrives. Each tread is then scribed to the stringers, bedded in glue and fastened down.
Licensed, insured and NWFA certified crews build every Glastonbury staircase, and the labor is warrantied for a year. Any slip is corrected.

Each Glastonbury step is $60, and that covers the hardwood tread, riser, bull nose, stain matched to your floor and the labor.
