Each laminate floor gets a foam underlayment that cushions steps and quiets the rooms below. Concrete gets a plastic sheet beneath it first.
Photos rarely show the true shade, so we load real laminate in the truck and set planks on your floor beside your windows.
Any labor fault is fixed at our expense during the first year. The maker covers a defective plank, and the crew is insured.

Labor is $1.99/Sq Ft and the foam is free. If we also supply the planks, the installed price is $4.89/Sq Ft.

Boxes leave our Natick warehouse for next-day delivery. Laminate needs no long settling period, so a small room can move quickly.

About $1.00/Sq Ft. We look under the carpet at the estimate and quote the exact work.
A water resistant board handles most accidents, and the surface resists scratches better than soft wood. Keep nails trimmed for best results.
Laminate stairs are $50 per step, with a matching nosing fitted to each one.
Call us within the first year and we correct our labor at no charge. The planks fall under the manufacturer's warranty.
