Everyone who works in your house is on the Brazil Floors payroll, never a subcontractor, and each installer is licensed, insured and NWFA certified.
Cartons are counted on arrival and stacked in the rooms they belong to, with reducers and trim set at each threshold so the nailer never stops to look for a part.
Our labor carries a one year warranty, and the wood has the manufacturer's own warranty on top of it.

Rows follow the longest wall, which wastes the least wood and makes a narrow hall read longer.

Short planks angled into a zigzag give the dining room of an older house a crafted, period feel.

Each plank is cut at a matching angle so the rows meet in a point, a fit for an opened-up kitchen.

Boards on a 45 degree diagonal pull the eye across a small bedroom and make it feel wider.

Oak squares with alternating grain, set parquet style, suit a sunroom that looks toward the lake.

Short strips woven over and under, usually framed by a contrasting border, add detail to a den.

For a nail down job the labor price is $2.25/Sq Ft, with nails and underlayment folded into it. If we supply the wood as well, unfinished comes to $5.50/Sq Ft and prefinished to $6.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. Tear-out of old flooring is about $1.00/Sq Ft, and moving furniture out and back is a flat $250. The estimate visit shows us what is under the old floor.
Engineered planks are the usual answer over concrete. They float on underlayment with glued joints at $2.00/Sq Ft of labor, so nothing is driven into the slab.
We do, priced on their own pages. Vinyl plank labor is $2.00/Sq Ft and laminate labor is $1.99/Sq Ft, both worth a look for rooms that see water.
Material ships the next day from our Natick warehouse once it is ordered. We bring samples to the house at the free estimate so you can choose first.
One new hardwood tread costs $60, and the riser, nosing and stain ride inside that figure. Existing stairs in good shape can be refinished for $50 per step.
Labor comes due the day the crew shows up and starts, while material is settled as the boxes are dropped at your door. For sanding work, half is paid at the start and half once the last coat is down.
Our labor has a one year warranty, and the manufacturer warranty covers the wood. The crew is made up of our own licensed, insured, NWFA certified employees.
