Walkthrough Before We Start
Before the first board goes in, our lead installer tours your Lincoln house with you and checks the subfloor, each threshold and the stairs.

Each installer we send holds a license, full insurance and NWFA certification, so your house and family are protected until we finish.
When we arrive the crew checks each room and lines up the boxes, trim and reducers room by room, so the job never stops for missing parts.
We back the labor with a one year warranty, and the wood comes with its manufacturer warranty, so your floor is protected on both ends.

Classic straight boards stretched the full length of the room match the open ranch homes around Albion.

A herringbone floor lends historic charm to the living room of an old farmhouse along the Great Road.

The chevron floor draws sharp V shapes down the hall, a fresh pick for the newer homes near Lime Rock.

Turning the boards on a 45 degree angle helps a small kitchen look wider, a smart fix for a cape in Saylesville.

Square oak blocks set in a checkerboard turn a sunroom near Manville into a crisp space with real charm.

A basket weave layout pairs short planks at right angles, a warm touch for a den in an old home in Quinnville.

Nail down labor comes to a flat rate of $2.25/Sq Ft, with underlayment and nails. Paired with our wood, the total is $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00 prefinished.
Yes. Farmhouse floors that dip are leveled before anything else, and the new oak goes down over a solid base, so the floor stays quiet for years.
Engineered wood. It floats above foam underlayment with glue on each seam, so no nail ever goes into the concrete. Labor runs $2.00/Sq Ft.
We do. Laminate and vinyl plank install at $2.00/Sq Ft in labor, and waterproof vinyl works well for kitchens, baths and mudrooms that get wet.
Next day. We truck it over from our warehouse in Coventry, with deliveries Sunday to Sunday, so most jobs start soon after you pick the wood.
Each new oak tread is $60. Wood stairs that look worn get refinished for $50 per step, sanded and stained to match the landing around them.
You pay labor when the crew gets there, and the material is paid once the truck arrives. Any sanding is split, 50% at the start and 50% at the final coat.
Our labor is backed for a full year, while the wood has the manufacturer warranty. Every installer is licensed, insured and NWFA certified as well.
