Walkthrough Before We Start
Bethel streets mix century-old houses with newer builds, so our crew lead tests the subfloor, checks each doorway and measures the stairs before we order anything.

Each installer is on our payroll and holds a license, insurance and NWFA certification, so strangers never walk through your house.
The first visit is for measuring. After that, boxes, trim and reducers are stacked by the entrance so the installers have what they need within reach.
Our workmanship is covered for one year, and the manufacturer stands behind the boards, which leaves the labor and the oak both protected.

Boards follow the longest wall, which is the quickest layout with the least waste and makes a narrow room feel longer.

Short planks are cut one at a time and set in a zigzag. A fitting choice for the dining room of an older Bethel house.

Chevron boards are cut at 45 degrees so every row ends in a point, a good match for newer open plans.

Planks set diagonally lead the eye across the room, so a compact kitchen looks bigger.

Alternating oak squares give a parquet look suited to an entry or sunroom.

Oak pieces woven over and under with a contrasting border are a classic for homes near the center.

Our nail-down labor is $2.25/Sq Ft, covering nails and underlayment. Including our boards, the total is $5.50/Sq Ft for unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft for prefinished.
