Each installer on your job is licensed, insured, NWFA certified and paid by Brazil Floors. The tenant downstairs gets the same quiet, careful crew you do.
A tape measure goes through every room on the first visit. Cartons, trim and reducers then wait by the door, so the install keeps moving without a trip to the truck.
Brazil Floors stands behind the labor for one year, and the boards keep their own manufacturer warranty. You pay the crew when they show up and pay for material when the delivery truck pulls in.

Running boards the length of the room wastes little oak and makes a narrow railroad-style flat look longer.

A zigzag of short boards cut square and fitted one at a time gives a Victorian parlor the period pattern it deserves.

Boards mitered where rows meet form a crisp V that suits a gutted and reopened first floor.

Planks set diagonally lead the eye across a small kitchen, so it looks wider than the tape says.

Squares of oak with the grain alternating recall the parquet found in old Valley dining rooms.

Pieces woven over and under, usually edged in a dark border, fit the grander homes near the Library District.

Nail-down labor is $2.25/Sq Ft, and the nails and underlayment come with it. Buying the wood through us brings the full price to $5.50/Sq Ft unfinished or $6.00/Sq Ft prefinished.
Sometimes, but the crew first checks height, flatness and any soft spots. If the old layer must go, tear-out is about $1.00/Sq Ft.
Carpet, pad and tack strips come up and leave with us. We list that removal on the estimate before you agree to anything.
Yes, boards leave our Milford warehouse for next-day delivery. The crew slot follows, usually within days.
Nail-down suits wood subfloors at $2.25/Sq Ft, nail-and-glue adds grip at $2.50/Sq Ft plus adhesive, and floating engineered planks at $2.00/Sq Ft suit concrete.
Material from Brazil Floors can be up to 30% off, and booking the estimate on our site takes $250 off. Ask the estimator to apply both.
You pay labor the day the crew starts and material when the boxes are dropped off. There is no deposit that comes before either.
For a flat $250 the crew moves furniture and sets it back. That price holds whatever the number of rooms.
