Dustless Floor Refinishing
Our sanders hook into dust collection, so very little dust reaches the air. Then the walls and ceiling are blown off and vacuumed before finish.

Under 1,500 Sq Ft, natural and water based floors take 3 days and stained ones 4, with an extra day set aside. Walk at 24 hours, furniture at 48.
A stained plank, a soft spot or a cupped board close to the kitchen sink is fixed before sanding, with new boards from $150.
We give every refinish a full year on labor, and the crew is licensed, insured and NWFA certified. You pay half at the start and half at the end.

Plain clear coats and no stain keep the oak bright and honest, a nice fit for the newer homes near Frenchtown.

A friendly medium brown that keeps crumbs out of sight in busy kitchens close to Academy Field.

Calm and neutral, a brown that tones down orange red oak across older capes on the hill above the cove.

Golden brown with a red glow that feels right in historic homes near the old Kent County Courthouse.

Dark and full with the grain still showing, classic for dining rooms in the homes along Greenwich Cove.

Our darkest stain, nearly black, looks bold in big new open homes but shows dust a bit faster than the rest.

It is a flat rate of $2.50/Sq Ft, which pays for sanding, the color you choose and the poly finish. A screen and recoat for a dull floor runs $1.00/Sq Ft.
Yes. Old wide oak can be sanded when enough wood sits above the tongue, which we measure before any sanding. We nail down loose boards first.
That is why we always test. Swatches go on the sanded floor so you can see them next to your trim and doors in daylight and at night before anything is final.
Under 1,500 Sq Ft, give it 3 days natural or 4 stained, plus one spare day. Larger homes take a little longer, and you get dates at the estimate.
Yes. The sanders send dust straight into a collector, and after the last pass, air goes over the walls and ceiling and we vacuum before the finish.
Not at all. Our crew just needs a way inside daily, from day one of sanding to the final coat, so a lockbox, a key or a door code works fine for us.
Each step is $50 with the stain in the price, while each tread gets worked by hand so it matches the hallway above. Risers are not included in it.
Half is due the day our crew shows up and sanding starts, with the rest after the third coat of finish. Not a cent is asked for before any work starts.
